Having problems with games? Discuss them here.
Others may be having the same problems and/or know how to help.
I'll Start
For 3 days now Bejeweled 2, Solitair Rush, Winter Swap It and Wheel of Fortune will not load for me. Is anyone else having this problem? I have an old computer and use an old version of internet explorer but it worked 3 days ago. I contacted player sevices but no response yet.

Daily Break often gives me strange error messages too. I will reload or use a different browser,

I also had problems with the Daily Break. I kept getting a gray screen with the "loading" dots and a message saying only secure items were shown. I gave up at 2 am PST and today at 2pm PST, I finally got in on the first try.

licorce...in response to your question about "video's for extra oodles": GSNAngel made a post about this in Players News the latter part of April, and basing this comment on what I read there, the problem appears to be pretty wide-spread. If you would like to read the discussion about it go to Players News and in ANNOUNCEMENTS go down to the bottom of the page and click on OLDER POSTS. It's on the second or third page about mid-ways down the page. Hope this helps.

I found more oodle ops- took a screenshot: it says EARN FREE OODLES sorry pic is small - it works better than Treasure Chest for me, lol I added some arrows

Need a favor ......
This is not a game problem, but I do have a problem and here seemed the best place to put it. In all the time that I have been a registered member at GSN I have never gotten a newsletter. I get notifications about the Leaderboards and ChaChingo and even newsletters from WorldWinner. Any time I have to contact Player Services those email replies always makes it to my email as well. So why I am not getting the newsletter that gives you all the special oodles opportunities is beyond me and has become somewhat of a mystery. GSNAngel and sdnels have both been trying to help me figure out why and have made suggestion after suggestion in trying to help solve the mystery. I have tried them ALL, but ALL to no avail. After exhausting all avenues, GSNAngel suggested that I might try creating another email account to see if this would do the trick. So, a couple of days ago I did just that and now we wait. So the favor I'm asking is this: Not knowing if this is going to solve the problem either...and in case it don't...could I please get you guys to let me know when the next newsletter comes out. Of course if 'I' get it then I'll let YOU know and problem solved! Thanks bunches! Sara

whisper, same here! I get so aggravated with it until I want to rip it off the page and throw it out the window!!! There is no way this game should be this hard to play now! Games are suppose to fun, not make you want to bang your head against the wall. Sometimes I get so annoyed with it until I will only do the one ChaChingo and just let that bonus one go jump off a cliff!

well, Snarl and curses. I not only have never received a newsletter i didn't even know there was one. humm... maybe someone who gets it could either copy/paste it here on our site or forward it you. gee golly gosh. sure wish i could even see it. Geez! You have never gotten one either? ? And you have been here for 3 years!!! We're not alone though, because I see other players in Player News saying the same thing! As for posting the newsletter here, even it does have a promo code or whatever in it for the special oodles, unless you yourself gets the email newsletter you won't be able to use it. sdnels posted a promo code in Player News for us one time that she had gotten in one of the email newsletters, but when WE entered it, it said invalid. Does anyone here get the email newsletter? If so, will you please tell us a little more about it? Thanks!

I had problems and I turned off my adblock and it worked. Today it worked with the adblocker on. So Who Knows. Just add it to the long list of "technical diffuculties" they are having. At least some of the player sevice replies admit they are having problems instead blaiming it on us, our computer, our browser yada yada yada. It seems as though they don't really read our messages and they have a prewritten response. It is the same almost every time word for word.

Is anyone having problems with chachingo bingo? Last 2 hours I have had to watch countless videos with each one telling me I would earn my bonus entry and when video was over it kept coming back to watch video to earn bonus entry! Over and over again, at least 3-5 times! Pam

I said I wasn't going to harp on it anymore, but I truly dislike this new Chachingo Bingo!!! First of all I HATE watching ads! lol I downloaded Ad Block just for this very reason! But on the new Chachingo I have had to unblock that page just so so I can play it. But based on the things I have read in Player News most everybody has had to unblock it in order to play it. And as a result of having to do this (and them knowing we have to) they are ad'ing us to death now just to get the Bonus bingo! Sorry folks! Here I go again! lol But I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir, because I'm sure some of you feel just as strongly about it as I do. So gonna climb down off my soapbox now and hush up about it.

Agree completely and I did the one thing I hate to do and contacted player services! Apparently I am not the only one encountering this problem! And as for ads, I HATE THEM AND NOW IT SEEMS THAT'S ALL GSN ITS ABOUT! Fixing what is not broke once again! Remember the old days when problems were so rare? And remember we used to be able to play a couple of games before we got any ads! And hey, I got a promotion to SENIOR MEMBER! THANKS!
